We’re looking for lead hands who have 5+ years of experience working in residential construction, enjoy problem solving and building relationships with clients and trades, and are inspired leading a team of dependable, honest, and supportive carpenters.
We’re looking for dependable, hardworking, and professional carpenters with 2+ years of residential construction experience, who have an eye for detail and a knack for problem solving. A Red Seal certification, and an openness to learning from others, is a bonus!

After completing the probationary period, all full-time Twin Lions employees become eligible to participate in our extended benefits package, which includes short term disability, health and dental coverage.
We offer continuing education, training, and room to grow with the Twin Lions team. We also provide financial assistance to employees who undertake professional development training, including first aid, apprenticeship programs, management training, and more.
Frequent social and fundraising events, including bi-monthly all staff meetings and BBQs! We’ve also got a well stocked beer and beverage fridge and treats that magically appear from time to time.
We also provide employees with certain equipment including tools, computers, cell phones, or vehicles to assist employees in the performance of their duties.
While all new employees are eligible for two weeks’ paid vacation, our offices typically close for a week in December, providing even more time off to spend with friends and family. We also have a Flex Friday schedule in the summer, with every other Friday off!
