What started out as a substantial renovation quickly morphed into the new custom home of our clients’ dreams. An aging and dilapidated North Vancouver home was taken down to make way for a new high performance custom home that still paid homage to the original. Stepping inside you’ll be greeted by an abundance of natural light, streaming through expansive windows that blur the lines between the indoors and outdoors. Built purposely for this family of four, the home offers the perfect blend of contemporary aesthetics and practical functionality.

Some of the amazing features in this home include vertical channel cedar siding with Shou Sugi Ban accents, reclaimed fir timbers salvaged from the original home, gorgeous custom millwork throughout, and an exquisite outdoor deck space that makes indoor/outdoor entertaining a breeze. Let’s also not forget one of the client’s favorite features, a robot toilet straight out of the future!
