Our Process

The Twin Lions Experience

If you’re thinking about building or renovating your home and aren’t sure where to start, our expertise and collaborative approach make what can be a daunting process, easy. At Twin Lions Contracting, we’re here to walk you through the entire construction process. From pre-planning and design, to permit applications and breaking ground, our handpicked and highly experienced team is always ready to answer any questions that come up along the way.

1. Initial Consultation

As soon as you’ve connected with our sales team, we set up a time to walk through your space and understand your goals. We’re also happy to connect you with a designer or work alongside one you’ve hired if you’d like to dive a bit deeper into discussions about your vision and inspiration for the space!

2. Preliminary Budget

Using details from the site walkthrough and consultation, our sales team compiles a complimentary preliminary budget for you. It details the estimated numbers you can expect to see for your entire project before signing on with our team.

3. Sign On

Once you’ve had some time to review the preliminary budget, and if all looks good, it’s time to get the ball rolling. We’ll set timelines, introduce you to your designated Project Manager, submit necessary permits, and start creating a Working Budget.

4. Project Management

Now that you’ve signed on and met our team to finalize your vision for your space, we can create a detailed Working Budget. This budget is based on the finalized scope of work and includes budgets from all trades and suppliers for your custom project. 

5. Project Kickoff

It’s time to kick things off! If you’re not already having fun at this point, this is where you can expect it to begin! We schedule a kickoff meeting so you can meet your team, discuss project scheduling and planning, and get going on breaking ground once those permits are issued!
