This townhouse renovation involved a complete gut of its boxy, dated interior to create a fabulous, functional, lifestyle space for our delightful clients. Frequent entertainers, our clients wanted a bright, inviting space that felt casual yet elegant and contemporary. Removing the walls separating the kitchen from the hallway and dining room on the main floor created additional space in the new custom designed kitchen for a 7-foot island, full-height cabinetry into the kitchen’s vaulted ceiling, and considerable new storage. A spacious new master and sensational ensuite created a peaceful space for our client while the dramatic new black and white main bathroom dazzles guests. A beautiful new lineal gas fireplace, lighting and plumbing systems throughout, durable wide-plank engineered white oak flooring, and many more contemporary features completed this stunning transformation. Our clients happily claim they will never move again!
