Our newly empty-nester clients finally felt the time was right to renovate their dated kitchen and to make cosmetic improvements to their much-loved family home. Our work involved the installation of a beautiful new chef’s kitchen, including a massive 5-seater island, and minor structural work to open up the space and to create new stairs into their adjacent, sunken living room. Relocating the main floor laundry to the upper floor allowed us to install a pseudo-butler pantry producing much-appreciated new space in the kitchen. New pot lights and wood flooring on the main floor and new carpentry upstairs completed this minor facelift to our client’s complete delight.
