Creating an open living space and a more functional home for this family was on top of their list as their family matured. This amazing renovation included opening up the kitchen space, combining it with the dining and living areas. This created a space where they can spend more time together as a family. The kitchen is the heart of this space boasting a sleek and modern design. The light-coloured cabinets and light countertops provide a bright and airy ambiance to the space while the massive island is inviting to sit and join in on the conversation. The large folding windows invites the outside deck into the living space and has been one of the favourite additions for this family. In addition, our team converted an existing powder room in the primary bedroom to a stunning and functional ensuite. The second bathroom also saw a full renovation. One of the more impactful things was the creation of a laundry room and separate entrance for those rainy days, and providing a place to drop those boots and umbrellas that was not at the main front door. Finally, the front entrance was transformed with a new covered entrance, a bright door and formal entranceway that is inviting to our client’s guests.
