This gorgeous penthouse condo with panoramic views of the Fraser River was the setting of one of our most extensive transformations ever. The old, dated space consisted of a broken, non-functional layout, deteriorating fixtures, and floor to ceiling floral wallpaper on every surface. Gutting the space back to the framing, a complete rework of all mechanical systems, and a significant change to a layout that features an open-plan design that takes advantage of the stunning views of the Fraser. The kitchen is now a chef’s dream, featuring high-end appliances, custom cabinetry, and a large island that doubles as a gathering place for family and friends. The living and great-room areas were re-imagined making the most of the space, and now features a layout that is perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. In addition, our team completely transformed the other three bedrooms of the home as well as the primary suite, adding his/her walk-in closets and a new beautiful ensuite.
