Tucked into the forest edge out past Indian River in North Vancouver, this remarkable townhome transformation was one of our favorites. The biggest impact of this full townhome renovation was opening up the living area to provide a connection to the kitchen, as well as capitalize on the huge, vaulted ceilings. Walls were taken out, closets rearranged, and the layout was reconfigured. All with the goal of creating flow between the spaces and allowing our clients to entertain with ease. Comfort was paramount. Replacement of the old Poly-B radiant system was priority one and required jackhammering up the entire floor system on each level. The result was a new highly efficient system, consistent heat, and warm toes. Completely transformed bathrooms on each level, custom millwork throughout, beautiful, engineered hardwood floors, and some stunning white oak false beams, all meld together to create a space that is equal parts elegant and homey.
