This enjoyable renovation involved working with clients in the process of downsizing. They knew exactly what they wanted – a unique space that would sync with their fun-loving personalities and love of entertaining. We took the existing space down to the studs and started from scratch. Dropping the ceiling allowed for the installation of a full new lighting layout and glittering new pot lights. A custom designed kitchen incorporating a backlight bright green backsplash quickly became a focal point creating an intense vibrancy in the open-concept living space. Our team maximized every inch of space in the condo through clever design as we installed new storage, two new bathrooms and a beautiful master bedroom and spa-like ensuite. New flooring, trim and paint throughout, along with a myriad of other exquisite detailing, completed this stunning, one of a kind renovation.
