When our clients moved across the country and downsized from a 4000 sq. ft. home to a 600 sq. ft. condo, it was obvious that ample storage would be of the utmost importance. Working with one of our favourite designers, we utilized every possible square inch of space to help create a masterpiece for condo living. Working within strata regulations, we were able to remove the non-bearing interior kitchen wall, which opened and enlarged this bright new space. Strategically planned millwork covers most of the perimeter of this condo, allowing the clients to effectively store their kitchen and household items, while still making the space feel as large as possible. Hidden bedroom door, recessed cabinets, internal LED lighting, panelized appliance package, and a multitude of other small, but crucial details, make this modest condo an absolute showpiece.
