Clean lines, functional storage, and a showpiece look was the name of the game on this post and beam renovation in North Van. The homeowner was enthusiastically involved in this project and had a clear vision that our team helped cultivate and bring to reality. The result was a stunning renovation that ticked all the boxes for this active family of five, while showcasing the dazzling details of this architecturally significant home. Deemed a ‘character’ home, installation of a cool charging station for the owners’ two Teslas elevated it into today’s world.
The main floor was fully gutted and reconfigured and a partial second story was added to accommodate three bedrooms and large new master bedroom and ensuite. A fully custom kitchen with integrated appliances, rift-cut white oak features throughout, creative storage solutions, and custom closets are just some of the impressive details that this home boasts. Each piece meticulously planned to integrate with the architectural details and post and beam look. One of our favorites!
