Kevin Hatch

Kevin Hatch is the President & Co-Founder of Twin Lions Contracting, a North Vancouver-based custom home builder and renovator that has served the community for more than 15 years. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Kevin has built Twin Lions around a commitment to quality craftsmanship, exceptional client service, and lasting relationships. Under his leadership, the company has grown into one of the North Shore’s most respected builders, earning recognition as both Custom Home Builder of the Year and Residential Renovator of the Year in 2025.

 

Kevin is a Red Seal carpenter, a BIV Top Forty Under 40 recipient, and a serial entrepreneur. He is also a committed industry advocate and has served on the HAVAN Board for five years, including in his current role as Vice Chair. Through his involvement with HAVAN, Kevin is passionate about supporting the residential construction industry, strengthening professional standards, and helping create opportunities for the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

 

Community involvement has remained central to Kevin’s leadership. Twin Lions has raised more than $320,000 for Movember through its annual fundraising initiatives and continues to invest in education and training opportunities within the company and broader industry. Kevin credits Twin Lions’ success to its strong culture, talented team, and shared commitment to giving back. He continues to live by the adage, “If you’re not having fun, you’re doing it wrong.”
