Welcome to Leovista, a home renovation that blends style with sophistication. Our clients played an integral role throughout the entire process, after making the decision to purchase a home for their family and relocate to North Vancouver, BC. Together, we set out to create a space that not only eased their transition but also felt like home from the very beginning.
As you step inside, you’re welcomed by beautiful, checkered marble floors, high-end architectural millwork, and bold design choices. Some unique features of this home include the custom coffee station and bar space in the kitchen, luxury bathroom fixtures like dedicated his/hers vanities and fireplace, and a statement piece living room with coffered ceilings above a roaring massive fireplace. The open-concept living areas are perfect for hosting gatherings, something that was also important to our clients. Every room in this residence is a blend of aesthetics and functionality, creating a space that invites both relaxation and entertainment.
One of our favourite personal touches we added was the custom dog food station built into the kitchen island, a testament to the home’s thoughtful and highly detailed nature. This home shows that you can blend practicality with personality to make your home perfect for your family, something that we kept in mind during the whole project.
