Our St. Andrews project involved a complete renovation of this 25-year-old three-story North Shore townhouse. With a French/European inspired design in mind, we opened the wall between the dining area and living room to create space and add bright new sightlines between the two rooms. A spacious, fully functional chef’s kitchen improves traffic flow and creates ease for our busy, professional clients. Custom, creative millwork throughout provided much needed new storage. Other features in this beautiful transformation included the installation of a new fireplace in the living room, three updated bathrooms with new finishes and fixtures, refinished hardwood flooring and new trim and paint throughout.
