This fabulous, award-winning project involved a complete renovation of an old 90’s era home. We stripped the entire house down to its shell and basically starting new. Functionality, entertaining and understated sophistication were the themes of this project. The spectacular features of this beautiful new home are too numerous to mention but there are several standouts: a new custom finished fir pivot front door, wide plank engineered white oak, custom millwork throughout, engineered quartz and granite countertops, fully custom staircase with integrated glass and custom board form facade feature wall, high velocity heating system and AC, Lutron lighting control, sliding interior barn doors and exterior accordion doors and much much more. An absolutely beautiful west coast styled modern home.
