Wide open and ready for entertaining. With this condo’s stunning water view, a priority was to ensure that when our clients were working in the kitchen, they could still enjoy the sights. Functionality was key in this home renovation. It meant removing interior walls between the kitchen, dining and living rooms and reconfiguring the space, inviting in plenty of natural light and revealing incredible views of the ocean from every angle.
A linear multifunctional island in the kitchen allows for ample storage, creates a lovely eating area, and houses a sleek cooktop and super cool automatic downdraft hood fan. The luxurious condo’s ceiling was dropped 2 inches to allow for installation of recessed lighting throughout. Adding to the peaceful sophistication in the living room is a simple, elegant fireplace highlighted against a sleek concrete-look feature wall. A custom walk-in closet and beautiful vanities round out a gorgeous project!
