An easy living, beautiful pied-a-terre in the city for a client that visits family in North Vancouver multiple times a year was the vision here. The renovation of this older, 760 square foot condo called for clever ways to accommodate her needs and lifestyle. Our client also wanted a showpiece kitchen that was simple and functional with clean lines, hidden pulls, and maximized storage. A super cool eating bar overlooking the City, and meticulously designed custom millwork, including a hidden laundry closet and a master bedroom storage/tv unit, wrap the apartment from floor to ceiling and rounds out what is a simply stunning condo. Modern clean lines, contemporary styling, and a soft neutral colour palette carry the theme throughout the home. The result was amazing, and our client could not have been happier with the result, both visually and functionally!
